We are exploring options to offer a community energy investment opportunity in GreenSCIES, which would enable the scheme to be partly owned by community investors. We want to tell you more about what community energy investment means, and its potential to create a just and fair transition.

We will share resources to explain how community energy co-ops work and what community shares are. We will also share the results of our latest survey ‘Attitudes towards community energy in the UK’ conducted in partnership with London South Bank University, identifying the barriers and opportunities for investment in community energy. You will have the opportunity to register you interest in community investment opportunities with GreenSCIES.
